Greene Township has been awarded a Mini-Grant from the South Mountain Partnership.  This grant will assist in design of the Phillaman Run Stream Restoration Project.  When completed, the Phillaman Run Stream Project will restore and stabilize approximately 2,000 feet of actively eroding stream.  This project will also reduce approximately 89,760 pounds of sediment – 21% of the Township’s MS4 required sediment load.  The Board of Supervisors thank the South Mountain Partnership for the grant and all that they do to protect the South Mountain Region Landscape.
