This is the last Saturday composting facility will be open until spring. Winter hours begin this week. Wednesdays & Fridays Only: 8am – 2:30pm Saturdays will be closed until spring. We will post that date in early 2025.

Christmas Tree Collection Begins
Greene Township will be commencing Christmas Tree collection beginning: Thursday, January 2, 2025 The collection crew will make ONE PASS through the Township. Trees must be placed at the edge of your yard no further than four feet from the edge of the pavement of the road on the first day of collection. No return trips will be made.
2025 Landfill Voucher Program
Greene Township has again partnered with Blue Ridge Landfill to allow residents to dump bulk items for FREE at Blue Ridge Landfill up to six (6) Saturdays throughout the year.
