The Board of Supervisors would like to thank Linda and Ned Heindel for donating a painting of Corker Hill by Maddie Kirkpatrick to Greene Township.  Linda lived at the home between 1945 and 1953. Linda had this to say about her visit:

“Physical objects precipitate long submerged images and memories of a youth in that big ole house and its yards and flowers. Walking through the halls and rooms of the house itself was such a pleasant reminder of a long-gone past.” 

It was a pleasure talking with Linda and learning about the history of Corker Hill.
